I had a wonderful experience with Navneet at the Hyland physiotherapy clinic. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring. She took the time to understand my concerns and provided treatments that were well suited to my needs. I had been dealing with quite a bit of pain in my feet, tight calves and after just 3–4 sessions, I started noticing a significant improvement. The treatment has really helped reduce my pain and made me feel much more comfortable. I’m very happy with the care I received from Navneet and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled and caring physiotherapist. I’ve had two surgeries over the past 5 years and have worked with Navneet through both of them. She’s been a huge help with getting me back to feeling like myself again and back to my normal routine as quickly as possible. I’ve also done IMS needling with her, which has worked really well for me and definitely helped cut down my recovery time. Navneet is easy to work with, knows her stuff, and actually takes the time to understand what’s going on instead of just rushing through appointments.
